Tutoring for the Writing Proficiency Assessment (WPA)
In addition to workshops for passing the WPA, the SSS Writing Center provides individualized tutoring so that participants can practice writing WPA response essays and receive feedback. It is strongly recommended that participants confer with Writing Center staff several weeks prior to the exam. To receive more information or to consult with a writing tutor about preparation for the WPA, contact Julie Campbell Moss, SSS Writing Center Coordinator, at 619-594-0220. (Please remember that all tutoring appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.)
