New Student Orientation on-line reservations

Before you start:

• Have your SDSU RedID number. This can be obtained online through the SDSU Web Portal. You will need your RedID number to begin your reservation.
• Update your Web Portal e-mail account. We will use this e-mail address to send your orientation confirmation and to follow up with additional orientation information.
• Have a credit card. MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Checks are also accepted, but your space will not be confirmed until we receive your payment. There is a $28 fee for returned checks.
• Know your major. Your reservation will be associated with the major in which you applied to the university. If this has changed, contact the Admissions Office before making a reservation.
• Know your date choice. Check the list of program dates. Be prepared with a second and third choice in case your first choice is full. Once a program is full, that date will no longer appear on the list of options in the Reservation system.
• Have your parents’ contact information ready to complete the reservation form.
