New Student Tips
Program Dates for Freshman Students
All colleges and majors are not represented on all dates. Please choose your date carefully.
See the list of majors if you are not sure which college your major falls under.
Special Program Dates
Summer Bridge Students:
If you applied for the EOP BEST Summer Bridge Program sign up for any available date in your college. If you are admitted to the program your orientation date will automatically be moved to Saturday, July 11. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your date is changed.
Student Athletes:
If you are a member of a varsity sports team at SDSU sign up for the July 22 or July 23 orientation program. You will have an opportunity to meet with your Athletic Advisor at orientation to assist you in your transition to SDSU.
Local Summer Admits:
If you have been admitted to the Local Summer Admit program, you are required to register for orientation beginning May 4, 2009. Your orientation date will be Saturday, July 11.
