  • amTEFL Graduate-level, 4-week Certificate Programs at San Diego State University, California and Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Bachelor's degree required. No prior teaching experience necessary. The American Language Institute has been training teachers since 1981.

  • volunteers prescribe eyeglasses, screen for eye disease and coordinate and fund diagnosis, treatment, and surgery by doctors.  Volunteers also implement Train the Trainer programs for teachers and educate children and adults about eye health and ways to prevent blindness in African, Asian, Eastern European, and Latin American.
