SDSU's International House
If you are interested in living in an exciting community of students from all over the world and the United States, make IHouse your new home! The I-House, established in Fall 2002, is an on-campus residential community which fosters academic excellence, while encouraging understanding, cooperation and friendship between people from various cultures, nations and backgrounds. Approximately half the residents are from the United States and half are international students. Students get to know each other and share their cultures informally in their own apartments and through the many community programs like Culture Nights, BBQs, sports outings, community service, newsletters and more! If you are interested in living at the I-House, please fill out and return the I-House Supplemental application in this packet as soon as possible. You can download a copy and get information on the Web at the Housing website www.sa.sdsu.edu/housing/i -house.html
The Housing Application Process
1) Request a License Agreement: You can submit your request for a License Agreement contract once you have received your SDSU Red ID number.
2) Complete Your Supplemental Application: Some of the theme living communities require a supplemental application for participation in the program.
3) Download the License Agreement Documents: License Agreements are only available to students who have been admitted to the university. Complete the License Agreement, send your initial payment ($800 fall / $400 spring) and your Supplemental Applications if required to reserve a space. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember the License Agreement is a legal contract for the academic year and cancellations of this agreement could incur significant charges.
