Acclaimed Director Speaks On Campus

Justin Lin, critically acclaimed Director of the blockbuster hit “The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift,” and the cast of “Finishing the Game,” spoke about Asian and Asian-Americans in U.S. mainstream media. Featured was a documentary entitled “Building a Journey: From ‘Better Luck Tomorrow’ to ‘Finishing the Game’.”

Those attending also got a sneak peak of the upcoming new release “Finishing the Game,” which premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival and will be featured at the 2007 San Diego Asian Film Festival.

The event was presented by Intercultural Relations/Cross-Cultural Center in conjunction with the Department of Asia Pacific Studies, and co-sponsored by the San Diego Asian Film Foundation, Andres Bonifacio Samahan, and the Asian Pacific Student Alliance.
