Heritage Month Celebrations
October is Filipino Heritage Month. See the schedule of on-campus and off-campus events (PDF file, requires Acrobat).
October is also Disability Awareness Month
A sampling of events and activities:
- 10/5 - Financial aid and scholarship workshop for students with disabilities
- 10/9 - Presentation to the Counseling & Psychological Services interns on the Student Disability Services program
- 10/18, 10:00 a.m. - CIA and FBI employment workshop for students with disabilities
- The SDS Student Advisory Board will present a Disability Awareness workshop in collaboration with the residence hall association, to be scheduled in November.
