This full-day conference agenda features an outstanding line-up of workshops designed to engage you in thought-provoking dialogue because each session theme spotlights the critical issues facing our diverse communities.
The conference will provide a forum to discuss challenges and opportunities facing us today. During lunch conference attendees will participate in topical round table discussions facilitated by students, faculty and staff. Topics range from race, gender, feminism, hate, immigration, health disparities and social justice issues.
The conference workshops will offer attendees several themes that will cover topics such as: affirmative action, racism, campus climate, recruitment and retention, and diversity, building feminist communities, access and equity for people of color in American higher education.
Students, staff and faculty representing universities and colleges from the greater San Diego community are invited to attend. Workshops facilitated by students, staff and faculty.
