Each room is equipped with an extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet and bookshelf for each resident. Many amenities are also included.

Unique to Villa Alvarado

• fully furnished, two bedroom apartments (four residents per apartment)
• full-size refrigerator and microwave in each apartment
• most of the apartment, including the bedrooms, is carpeted
• utilities for each apartment are split among the residents of the apartment and billed to their monthly student statement
• 14-hour front desk operation
• housekeeping for main building
• housekeeping is provided for each apartment once a month - residents are responsible for daily cleaning
• VA is open during the academic breaks (Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks)
• returning residents, current SDSU students and transfer students are not required to have a meal plan
