• fully furnished, one bedroom apartments (two residents per apartment)
• fully furnished, two bedroom apartments (four residents per apartment)
• kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a garbage disposal and dishwasher
• most of the apartment, including the bedrooms, is carpeted
• 32-inch flat screen television in each living room
• utilities for each apartment are split among the residents of the apartment and billed to their monthly student statement
• digital cable and an Internet modem provided by Cox Cable
• local telephone is not included, residents must contact Cox Communication directly
• 19-hour front desk operation
• housekeeping for main building
• first-come, first-serve optional priority parking in the underground parking lot (additional charge incurred)
• open during the academic breaks (Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks)
• returning residents, current SDSU students and transfer students are not required to have a meal plan
