Our
staff is here to assist you in making the most of your community
living experience.
Having a good relationship with staff members -
The staff at SDSU is here to ensure your safety and
provide a comfortable environment in which you can
pursue your education. The Custodial and Maintenance
staff ensure that your living environment is clean
and functional. The Residential Education staff works
to provide services, programming and security in the
halls. We encourage you to get to know the staff in
your living area. Treat them as you would one of your
neighbors. Remember that they are working hard to make
your hall a home. And be sure to communicate any concerns
or problems promptly so that they can help you solve
them, whether it be a broken light switch or a roommate
conflict. If you are confronted by a staff member during
a policy violation or other situation, please cooperate
with them immediately. Lack of cooperation may lead
to additional conduct sanctions.
