Villa Alvarado Apartments

The Villa Alvarado Apartments (VA) offers the freedom of apartment-style living for returning SDSU students and new transfer students.
You'll receive many of the benefits of residence hall living at VA, such as resident manager, wireless Internet connection and cable services at no additional cost. The 90-unit complex has a laundry room, TV lounge and community kitchen. Roommates share the cost of utilities, charges are billed monthly per unit.
Each fully furnished or unfurnished two bedroom apartment is rented by the space and houses up to four people (two per bedroom). Every 900 square foot apartment includes a living room, dining area, bathroom and a full-size kitchen for meal preparation. Residents need to bring their own kitchen items such as pots, pans, utensils and dishes. To live in VA for the 2011-2012 year log into your WebPortal to complete the License Agreement. Emerald Isle

Emerald Isle is a small, older complex located immediately adjacent to the campus and is an affordable living option for graduate students. Amenities include a laundry facility, parking (at an additional charge) and a new barbecue area. Please call the on-site manager for more information at 619-265-8559. Emerald Isle is currently full.

Piedra del Sol

Piedra del Sol Apartments (PdS) are an option for returning SDSU students and community college students looking for independent apartment-style living. Preference is given to graduate and upper class students. There is an on-site manager with office hours during the weekdays and a lounge office staff available in the evening. There is no residence life program offered in this complex.

The 66-unit apartment complex offers unfurnished 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units. Apartments are available in June, July or August and are lease for a 12-month period to the next June, July or August, depending on the unit. PdS is currently full.
