Employment
Residence Hall Coordinators (RHCs) are live-in staff who supervise the paraprofessional staff and the overall building operation. The RHC works with hall staff and residents to provide a link to all the resources of the University and to assist residents in developing a positive residential and academic community. The RHC supervises a Resident Hall Coordinator Assistant (RHCA) and Resident Advisors. The RHCA is typically an upper-class student coordinating a 24-hour desk. RA's live on every floor of the hall, help maintain hall security, meet with students regarding student conduct issues, build an academic environment and coordinate hall activities and programs. Students play an important role in the residence hall community, enhancing
residents experience by serving as leaders, mentors and
friends. Opportunities for:Faculty-in-Residence |
