Graduate Housing
Emerald Isle
- 24 unit apartment complex.
- Apartments offer 22 studios, 2 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments (see below for dimensions).
- All units are UNFURNISHED. They come with full kitchens and bathrooms, as well as ample storage space. No furniture is provided.
- Tenants are responsible for the utilities.
- Parking is available for an additional $20 a month, but is not guaranteed.
2011/12 monthly rental rates for Emerald Isle apartments are:
- Studios are 420 square feet and rent for $695
- One bedrooms are 600 square feet and rent for $770
- Two bedrooms are 800 square feet and rent for $898
Emerald Isle is a small, older complex located immediately adjacent to the campus and is an affordable living option for graduate students. Amenities include a laundry facility, parking (at an additional charge) and a new barbecue area.
All rental rates are per unit, not per space. We do not provide roommate matching services.
The waiting list for Summer and Fall 2011 is now open. Please fill out the survey at https://spreadsheets.google.com/embeddedform?formkey=dGlZaGV2UWhrTm9PSmRIOVBCakd3aFE6MQ to get placed on the waiting list. Please also download the Emerald Isle application from this site and submit it, in order to guarantee your space.
