Emerald Isle

• 24 unit apartment complex.
• Apartments offer 22 studios (range from 418-425 sq. feet), 2 one-bedroom apartments (range from 602-616 sq. feet) and 2 two-bedroom apartments (828 sq. feet).
• Apartments are unfurnished and tenants are responsible for the utilities.
• Parking is available for an additional $20 a month, but is not guaranteed.

2009/10 monthly rental rates for Emerald Isle apartments are:

• Studio: $675 per apartment
• 1-bedroom : $745 per apartment
• 2-bedroom: $790 per apartment

Emerald Isle is a small, older complex located immediately adjacent to the campus and is an affordable living option for graduate students. Amenities include a laundry facility, parking (at an additional charge) and a new barbecue area.
