Each summer the SDSU Conference Center serves up to 8,000 individuals in over 40 conferences and workshops, with groups ranging in size from 10 to 3,000 people. The success of each conference program is due largely to advance preparation, planning assistance and excellent customer service. To help make your gathering a success, we offer you One Stop Shopping for all your conference needs. We assist you in the following areas: on-campus facilities scheduling, on-campus food service (including full-service catering options), individualized service, long-range planning, instructional media assistance, housing and administration.

How do SDSU Conference Center Services help make your conference a success?


Housing
The SDSU Conference Center offers comfortable single and double accommodations in one of six residence buildings. Each residence hall includes a lounge, recreation room with television, bathroom facilities, vending machines, laundry facilities and swimming pool access.

Dining
Your conference booking includes meal service at our on-campus dining facilities. You can also add a special touch to your conference through our full-service catering department. The catering staff is experienced in a wide variety of menus for events such as: brunches, coffee breaks, luncheons, theme dinners, to-go lunches, picnics, awards banquets, welcome receptions, outdoor barbecues, poolside luaus and ethnic menus.

Meeting
Whether you're planning for a 10-person committee meeting, a 500-member seminar or banquet, or a sports camp for 400 participants, our staff will help you choose the on-campus facilities which best suit your needs. Check our meeting pages to see the many options we offer.
