Meeting

From the smallest workshop to the largest seminar, the SDSU Conference Center offers a variety of meeting facilities to help you set the ideal tone for your group.

The SDSU Conference Center offers a wide variety of meeting facilities that accommodate many types of events such as banquets, conferences, workshops, sports events and trade shows. Most classroom and meeting facilities are equipped with standard technology and can be set up in most formats to meet your conference needs.

Conference Meeting Space

Aztec Center
Aztec Center is conveniently located in the heart of campus near the SDSU trolley stop and can easily accommodate any event from concerts and recitals to trade shows and conferences. Groups can enjoy many amenities including audiovisual support, on-site restaurants, convenience store, both indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Room capacity ranges from 17 to 900.

During the summer reservations are made through the conference center and conference rates apply. Talk with your conference coordinator to get specific rate information.

Montezuma Hall - Aztec Center

Classrooms
SDSU has over 300 classrooms accommodating 10 to 500 participants. Styles range from typical classrooms to smart classrooms and auditoriums. Computer labs are also available at additional cost.

Theatres
The Don Powell Theatre and Smith Recital Hall are both great facilities to hold concerts, lectures, and performances. These facilities have on-site staff to ensure your event is a success.

Athletic Space
Our athletic facilities can accommodate activities such as tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball, football and lacrosse to name a few.

Housing Conference Space
In addition to sleeping accommodations, the facilities in Housing also include several classrooms, lounges and community centers perfect for meetings, break-out sessions and movie nights. Outdoor recreation is also available with two swimming pools, two sand volleyball courts, three barbecue grills and large open lawn areas for outdoor activities.

Audio-Visual/Media Materials & Equipment

The SDSU Conference Center can help make your conference presentations a success with the use of a variety of media equipment, available for an additional fee to all SDSU Conference Center clients. Please submit any media equipment requests to your Conference Services Coordinator six weeks prior to the start of your conference. Equipment will be set up and ready for your use upon the start of your conference.
