Student Employment

The application process for the 2009 Summer Conference season will begin February 2009. There are a number of different positions available, and the positions run from mid-May through August.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must work a minimum of 15 hours a week.
• Must be eligible for employment as a student assistant.
• Must be enrolled at least part-time at SDSU in the spring and fall 2009 semesters.
• Must maintain good academic standing with the university.
• Must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with university staff, conference staff, conferees, residents and visitors.
• Must be able to maintain a professional manner in all situations.

Benefits include:

• A part-time or full-time job that pays from $8.00 to $10.35 an hour.
• Reduced summer rent for on-campus housing.
