Community College Student Housing
The San Diego State University is now accepting completed License Agreements from community college students. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the on-campus college lifestyle.
What’s great is: it’s all included. Pay one bill. It’s all included with most housing contracts: local phone and voicemail, Internet connections in each room, cable tv, microfridges in most rooms (mini fridge/freezer/microwave). Most halls have access to swimming pools, volleyball courts, and kitchenettes for hall events. Residents have a membership to the Aztec Recreation Center. Students will live in mini-suites at University Towers (UT). Students will move in beginning August 24, 2008 and the lease term ends May 21, 2009.
SDSU is located in a convenient location with easy access to the freeway, Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus and trolley on campus.
Students can purchase the college student discount semester bus and trolley pass valid for unlimited rides on the trolley and most bus routes (Check with the Aztec Center Ticket Office for more information).

Housing Fees & Payments
Housing payment amounts will vary depending upon the type of accommodation
and meal plan you select. For community college students, the University recommends the Flex 5 or Flex 7 meal plan. See the costs link to the right for more information.
The final date to cancel a License Agreement without additional rent charges is July 30, 2008 (December 19, 2008 for new students entering for the spring 2009). All written cancellations, signed by the student Licensee, received on or before these dates will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
University Towers
University Towers (UT) has mini-suite accommodations for
560 residents, a swimming
pool, and optional private
parking. The UT Grill and Market is adjacent to the
building.
UT is a nine-story high
rise that offers furnished double rooms with semi-private
baths (two double rooms share one bathroom). The
complex is coed but each mini-suite is same-gender.
UT also offers Housing
Over the Breaks (residents may
stay during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks
at no additional charge).
UT residents also have the option of purchasing a reserved
space in the University Towers parking lot. Spaces
are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those
who choose not to purchase a reserved parking space
may purchase semester permits with overnight designation
(available through the Cashiers
Office) and park in
student lots.
Located on the west side of campus close to Chapultepec
and Aztec Corner, UT is near all athletic fields, Peterson
Gym, Cox Arena, the Aztec Recreation Center, parking
lots and a Red
& Black Shuttle stop. (see
the campus map)
