By November 15, 2013, before 3 PM you must complete the loan activation, entrance counseling, and master promissory note process to be able to receive the fall portion of any loan not disbursed already.

After November 15, you can still borrow the spring portion of your loan but it will be too late to receive the fall portion.
Recent federal budget reduction measures (sequestration) increased the loan processing fee on loans first disbursed
If you missed completing the academic year student and/or parent loan process, you may request your spring eligibility beginning December 16.
Approved loan funds will be disbursed when spring classes begin.
