Record Review for Prospective Students

Prospective student's applications are reviewed when—

• he/she is officially admitted to the university, and
• we have received all necessary documentation.

The Office of Admissions notifies the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships (OFAS) of your student's admission status.  There is no need to notify our office.

Record Review for Current Students

Current students' applications for financial aid will be reviewed as soon as we receive all necessary documents from you and your student.

We may request additional information from you and your student based on a Financial Aid Counselor's review of your application. Your student will be directed to check AidLink

Financial Aid Holds

A financial aid hold may be placed on your student's award if we need additional documentation or information.

If this occurs, your student will be notified and directed to check AidLink for further instructions.

Financial aid holds can affect the evaluation of your student's eligibility and delay the disbursement of aid funds.
