Fulbright Information Sessions

Interested in Applying for a Fulbright Grant for 2009-2010?

The U.S. Fulbright commission sends roughly 1,300 students a year to nearly 150 different countries. While abroad, students may assistant-teach English, study, conduct research or apply for a business internship. These prestigious grants provide you with a living stipend as well as fund your round-trip travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to experience another culture, make a difference in people's lives, create a bridge between undergraduate and graduate school, or better prepare for your career.

On-campus Information Sessions will be held:

  • Wednesday, April 9, 2 - 3:30 pm, GMCS 328
  • Monday, April 28, 3:30 - 5 pm, Storm Hall 343
  • Tuesday, April 29, 3:30 - 5 pm, Storm Hall 163

*Please reserve a space by sending an e-mail to fulbright@mail.sdsu.edu.

The 2009-2010 U.S. Student Fulbright Competition will officially open on May 1, 2008. Complete program and application information will be available then. The deadline for applications will be October 20, 2008.  For more information visit http://www.fulbrightonline.org.
