San Diego poet Steve Kowit will present a reading on October 4 at 7 pm in room LA2203 of the SDSU Library as part of the Fall 2007 Hugh C. Hyde Living Writers Series. The event is free and open to all.

Kowit is the editor of the anthology The Maverick Poets and author of a guide to writing poetry: In the Palm of Your Hand. His most recent poetry collection, The Dumbbell Nebula, was published in January 2000.
