New Class at the ARC: ‘Group Fitness 101’The Aztec Recreation Center announced a new beginner group fitness class this semester Group Fitness 101. As with all group fitness classes, Group Fitness 101 is free to all ARC members. Classes are one hour long and take place every Saturday morning at 10 am, during the fall semester. And since this is a weekend class, no advance registration is required. This class is for those who want to try new group fitness formats. The class is done as a workshop, offering an explanation of why exercises are performed and a chance to practice and ask questions in a non-intimidating setting. This is an opportunity to experience and prepare for the ARC’s most popular classes. Class format vary each week. Group Fitness 101 Class Schedule
