Muscle Madness in the ARC: October Fitness Challenge

This October the Aztec Recreation Center (ARC) invites SDSU students to join Muscle Madness. In this fitness game, ARC members who attend Group Fitness classes will earn stickers that represent the basic muscle groups of the human anatomy. Participants then adhere the stickers onto the Muscle Madness game card to complete an anatomy puzzle. It’s free for members to play and participants can win some sweet prizes, including t-shirts, gym bags and bragging rights.

The muscle group offered each weekday will change. Participants should plan to take a group fitness class each day of the week. If a person misses a weekday class, they will be able to “make-up” the workout on the weekend; instructors will hand out the muscles that may have been missed during the week. All those who complete all possible muscle groups will be entered to win a $200 gift certificate to a sporting goods store.

The Aztec Recreation Center is a 76,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility operated by Associated Students/SDSU. SDSU students may purchase an ARC membership for $15 per month via EFT with no initiation fee and only a four-month minimum.
