Get Involved at SDSU through the Centers for Student Involvement

Welcome to what we hope will be an exciting and productive academic year for you at San Diego State University. As you are making your plans, we hope you will keep in mind that learning occurs both inside and outside of the classroom. The Centers for Student Involvement is here to help you connect with a wide variety of co-curricular opportunities including student clubs and organizations, fraternities and sororities, cross-cultural programs, community based service-learning, and leadership programs. Fall fraternity and sorority recruitment ("rush") events occur in mid-September. There are almost 50 different fraternities and sororities at SDSU, including both general and culturally based chapters. The recruitment process for general sororities requires registration by September 6 (late registration deadline is September 9).
