Almost 250 Aztecs March in Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade

A large delegation of students, staff and faculty represented SDSU in the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. parade on Saturday, Jan. 15.

Joining SDSU President Stephen L. Weber, who served as Co-Grand Marshal, the 250-strong delegation wore special t-shirts and carried red and black balloons.

The vast majority of the SDSU participants were students. Many clubs, organizations, fraternities, sororities and unaffiliated students showed up to show their pride. Let’s make this an annual tradition. You don’t have to be a member of an organization to participate. Plan on marching next January.
